Is the price I see the final price?

Yes. Every result on ViaGates shows the total price including taxes, mandatory fees and our service charge for the travellers and dates you searched. Optional extras such as bags, seats or insurance are always priced separately and clearly labelled before you pay.

When do I receive my ticket or hotel voucher?

Flight tickets and hotel vouchers are issued as soon as the travel provider confirms your booking — normally within a few minutes. Everything is stored under My Trips and emailed to the address on the booking.

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are supported, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on compatible devices. Some hotel rates can also be paid at the property — those rates are marked 'Pay at property'.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Accepted Answer

You can browse and pay in USD, EUR, GBP or ILS. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion if your card is held in another currency.

Can I cancel a flight after booking?

It depends on the fare rules, which are shown before payment and stored with your booking. Flex fares can usually be cancelled up to 24 hours before departure; Basic fares are normally non-refundable, though taxes may be recoverable. Start any request from My Trips.

How does free hotel cancellation work?

Rates marked 'Free cancellation' can be cancelled without charge until the deadline shown on the rate — typically 24 to 48 hours before check-in. After that, the property's own policy applies.

Are guest ratings verified?

Accepted Answer

Ratings and review counts come from the supplier's verified stays only — guests who actually completed a booking through the distribution network.

What do I need at the rental counter?

A valid driving licence held for the minimum period stated on the rate, a credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit, and your passport or ID. An international driving permit is required in some countries.

What does the fuel policy mean?

'Full to full' means you collect the car with a full tank and return it full — the fairest option. 'Prepaid' means you pay for a tank upfront and unused fuel is usually not refunded.

Do I need an account to book?

No, but an account keeps every booking, traveller profile and saved hotel in one place, and makes changes faster because your details are already stored.

In which languages can I get support?
